Arthur V. Fox is the President of Arthur V. Fox CPA P.C., a certified public accounting firm located in Midtown Manhattan. He is a member of the AICPA and NYSCPA. He has been in his own practice, after leaving Spicer & Oppenheim in 1987.
For more than 37 years, Arthur Fox has helped his clients prosper through various tax strategies and business plans. He has helped start new business ventures for his clients. Arthur has an outstanding reputation and enjoys servicing his clients’ needs.
Ellen Kessler C.P.A.
Ellen takes a leading role in the firms corporate services to their business clients. Ellen offers a complete range of accounting services to serve the financial needs of both individuals and businesses. She provides practical solutions to her clients’ business issues. In addition to helping businesses meet their compliance responsibilities, Ellen reviews current and projected operations to ensure maximum tax efficiency. To assist her clients, Ellen also provides management with continual and ongoing consulting services, including profitability planning and tax strategies.
Ellen believes in proactive tax and business planning. Throughout the year she keeps business and individual clients informed about the tax law changes, opportunities and potential tax liabilities. Justin Fox C.P.A. Esq.
Justin has developed his technical tax skills while at Deloitte Tax LLP through trainings, continuing education, and practical experience. He worked there for three years as a tax senior in the private equity field. While primarily gaining experience working on large tiered partnerships and individual taxation, Justin has experience working with trust & estate documents and returns, and corporate taxation as well.
Justin is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey. He has experience preparing wills and basic trusts, and has participated in real estate closings and other real estate transactions. Before he went to law school he worked at McGladrey and Pullen LLP for three years, specializing in public company audits of various manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.
Justin subscribes to Tax Planning, the Journal of Accountancy, the New York State Bar Association Journal, and the New York State Bar Trust & Estates listserv to keep abreast of recent developments in the field. Justin has worked on tax planning and high net worth individual income tax returns, as well as partnership, fiduciary, and family foundation returns since joining the firm.
